Suppression of APTA Notification 72/2005-Customs

the MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) has issued a new Notification No. 50/2018–Customs dated 30th June, 2018 to provide the tariff concession to the goods of the description specified under the APTA (Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement), (formerly known as the Bangkok Agreement) Rules, 2006.  And in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 72/2005-Customs, dated the 22nd July, 2005.

when imported into India from a country listed in APPENDIX I & APPENDIX II annexed

1. Bangladesh
2. People’s Republic of China
3. Republic of Korea
4. Sri Lanka

1. Bangladesh
2. Lao People’s Democratic Republic
